Sentinel K9 Returns & Refunds Policy

Training Services

  • All training services, including deposits and payment plans, are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your dog’s reserved training spot for the scheduled week. Because we cannot book another dog in that time slot, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Training program fees are non-refundable once payment is made.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full once started. Canceling or discontinuing payments does not release the client from the financial commitment.

Boarding & Daycare

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start date or early pickups during the stay will receive a 50% credit for the unused days. This credit can be applied toward future services.

Memberships & Packages

Memberships and prepaid packages are eligible for prorated refunds based on the unused portion of services at the time of cancellation.

Merchandise Returns

  • For physical products purchased directly from Sentinel K9:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in original packaging and unused.

  • Some items (e.g., custom-made products, perishable goods, or unsealed hygienic items) are not eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable and insured method.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value once the return is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
