1. Scheduling & Availability
All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
We offer flexible scheduling, but availability is first-come, first-served.
Sessions must be completed within 90 days of the first appointment unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
No-shows count as a completed session.
3. Refund Policy
Training packages are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.
Unused sessions may be transferred to another dog within the same household if approved in advance.
4. Dog Behavior & Safety
Owners must disclose any known aggression or behavior issues prior to the first session.
We reserve the right to discontinue training if a dog poses a danger to the trainer, owner, or others.
All dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea/tick preventatives.
5. Owner Participation
Owner presence is required for all private sessions unless discussed otherwise.
Homework and consistency between sessions are critical for results; client cooperation is expected.
6. Location & Travel
Training is provided at your home or an agreed-upon public space.
A travel fee may apply for locations outside of a 15-mile radius from our base in Fort Worth, Texas.
